Pre-Release Items

• Orders will not ship until all pre-order items have arrived. To avoid this, place multiple pre-orders so that they can be shipped as they arrive.

• Avoid placing orders with items that are in stock with items that are in pre-order. We will not ship the order until all items are available.

• Estimated shipping times varies per item. Refer to the pre-order item description in question. Shipping times can be anywhere from shipping on release day to a week or 2 later, especially when pre-ordering Japanese/Chinese sets.

• By placing a pre-order, you are agreeing to the current listed price. Once an order is placed, that price is locked in. We will not adjust the price based on the shifting market whether the market goes up or down by the time your order ships

• Canceling a pre-order is subject to a 5% cancellation fee. So please plan accordingly.

 

Post-Release Items

• For items that are already released and have the "Pre-order" button enabled. This means that the item(s) are in transit but have not arrived. So expect a small delay of 2-3 extra days.
